I see an effervescent streak of blue light

Soaring across the night sky

Reaching out to the universe from a place nearby

That’s when I discovered and realized

You had giving up holding on

And you were taking your place among the stars

Where you can shine

But here on earth your lights gone out

And I don’t know if I should be happy or sad in this moment

Sad you let your light go out

Or happy that your now free

From your internal suffering.

I gaze at you soar on your journey to the universe

And I will always remember you

And think of you forever

I will always cary you with me where ever I go

And look up at your shining star

And watch its effervescent glow.
