Don’t seek validation for your existence and how you live and what you are,
You are unique and validation is just a need for acceptance from others,
You don’t need acceptance from others, just be your self and love who you are and share that love.

I always need to hear this since I seem to be obsessed with validation and reassurance. The only validation I need is from God and I know i already have it.
