As I was going to work today
I noticed a super moon lighting up the bay
And as other people got off the train
Scurrying along their busy way
They seemed oblivious to it
But it took my breath away
It’s light highlighted the the gentle waves
Lapping across the moonlit bay
And I felt humbled to witness this beautiful display
It made me realise there so much beauty around us every day
But it requires us to stop and see along the way
To just interrupt our futile busy days.
