Standing strong against a tidal wave of hate,

We could be like Spartans

And be more disciplined then we ever have before,

Standing against the toxic masses

That try to overwhelm us with their bigotry and fear,

Stand strong against those who promote

Everything that’s negative and wrong here.

We can be like Spartans

Strong and defiant

Resilient and focused

On achieving our hopes

And full filling our dreams,

We can be like Spartans

Except we don’t use weapons

Or violence to keep those who want to do us wrong at bay,

We can be like Spartans

Using our knowledge,

Using our brains,

Bringing about change

In a creative way,

We can be like Spartans

Except unlike them, we will not lose,

We are going to win the day

And restore love and light again,

Triumph in the name of kindness and peace

And if we all pull together in unity

We will make this world better place

Free from their toxicity.
