I stand in stillness upon a hilltop

Practice my Tai Chi and flow as one with the wind

I become with the elemental

Aware of everything external

But still concentrated on within

Keeping stillness in my thoughts

Letting me conscious resource

Flow like a river and like the wind

I feel energy and peace vibrating

Feeling my frequency lead me on

Feel the love on every bird song

Feel my heart grow with compassion

As I move graceful fast and slow

All to be as one with the universal tow.
