What the hell is going on in this world
Does nobody care enough anymore.
I don’t care about your side
I don’t care about your views
I just care for the innocent that die
I blame all those involved
in power who think it’s alright
to sanction the murder
of innocent children on all sides
where the fuck has our love and humanity gone
why is that we get taken for a ride
as the media decides to sanitise
the worst atrocities in this
brutal and vicious time
and where is the love
and where is the hope
where is this peace
and when will this all finally end
and when will these Syrian kids
get another chance to live
and will the grow up with an ability
to forgive all that the others did
while the whole world stood back and stood by
and did nothing at all.
