Breaking waves
crashing on the shore,
this is how I feel
washed up on the floor,
after loving and sharing
everything with you,
I give you everything
being honest, open and true,
and I hope that this is enough for you
you are too hard to read
or see through,
I sometimes think you treat me
as being invisible
but I know it’s not you trying to be cruel,
that’s just you being you
time filled up with so much to do,
so i just ensure I give my big love to you
and know that when you can
you will give the same back to
but I will not be putting any pressure on you
that’s not something lovers ever do.
