Moving into darkness

Of state that is unknown,

Sinking further down into a hole,

In fearing of losing our way

And also losing our soul,

The darkness and depression

Cause us to lose control

But if we take a moment

And take a look around

We may see the way out

And see the pinprick of light

That can give us hope,

That our dreams are still in sight,

We have the power,

We have the might,

We just have to find a way

To exit from this place

But we’re drawn in like a magnet

Which is hard for us to break free

So we have to align ourselves with our spirituality

And focus on these moments as our true reality.
