Many look around for friendship
Many struggle in life because they feel they lack this
Questioning why they have no friends
Me I do not worry about it
I am happy with being me
Revelling in my own company
There are so many acquaintances
In my life
But none of them ever understand or seem to get me
When I tell them of my thoughts and dreams
They just seem to think I am crazy
And this never ceases to amaze me
They are so conditioned by society
This causes us to disagree
So I keep my thoughts and beliefs to me
And I am content to bask and bathe in my own company.
