Mindset overload

Switched on to full control

Eyes look yet remain closed

I know nothing but saw my consciousness unfold

In a story that has many times been told

Over thousands of lifetimes gone before

The cycle of suffering because we ignored

Or didn’t see the lesson along the way

And we left our given path choosing to stray

Down avenues of confusion and desperate ways

We laid so many lives to waste

Through ignorance and blindness

But if we find our compassion love and kindness

We may yet dream of hope that will see us through

And to become one and to evolve

In to one defined spiritual soul.
