Acts of kindness give you a glow
Went had a coffee today and found phone
On the sofa in the coffee house
I had seen the guy walk out
So I handed the phone to the Barrista
And few minutes later the guy came back in
So I pointed him in the right direction
And he seemed pleased and so relieved
And she gave him his phone and he thanked
Then stopped and waved at me
His face full of glee
He once again thanked me profusely
And although I think its something any decent person would do
It gave me a glow and made me feel good
This is something kindness can do.
