It’s a mad thing
This awakening
A spiritual thing
Conscious reality
It’s a good thing
Hear voices sing
They are chorusing
Tunes of the universe
Songs of creation
Of salvation
Like a mad thing
We are thinking
We’re going insane
But that’s a false thing
Spirits are saving us
Enlightening us
So we see the truth
That others are blind too
We are exposed too
An experience new
That isolates us
And people think we’re crazy
But that is up for debating
For we are the way
And we are the truth
And this a spiritual awakening
But it seems like
A mad thing
But it offers us salvation
From a world of corruption
And a life of fear
If that’s a mad thing
It’s not a bad thing
And I will take it
Every time.
