Don’t leave me behind

I don’t want to have to cope

I don’t want to have to manage

So please I beg don’t go

Your light it shines so bright

If it goes out I’ll be left in darkness

I don’t want to live in a world

Where you no longer exist

I struggle with this heartache

I don’t think I can take it

And I am sorry to put this on you

But I beg you please don’t leave

Though I know it is not your choice

And it cannot be easy

But please don’t go.
