Evolve and manifest
On a spiritual quest,
Grow and transcend
From start to the end,
Of your life as a being
Of spiritual love and light,
Of discovery and meaning
Of hope and eternal dreaming,
This is my prayer of believing
Based on mindfulness and breathing,
Of kindness and compassion
Of intent and realisation
