I gave you my hand and my last name

I walked with you hand in hand

Got used to being your loving man

I took great pleasure in being around you

Sharing a love that I felt was very tue

But you went away

Left me in so much pain

Despite the fact I had given you my hand and name

I now I feel the hurt

And this wound won’t heal

You left me in so much pain

Despite the fact I had given you my hand and name.

We used to laugh and joke

We used to share so many fun times

But then my heart was broke

This was in my eyes the worst love crimes

It shook me through the heart

It devastated and tore me wide apart

And the worse thing about it was it came out of the blue

But you went away

Left me in so much pain

Despite the fact I had given you my hand and name

I now I feel the hurt

And this wound won’t heal

You left me in so much pain

Despite the fact I had given you my hand and name.

I remember when every changed

When you come home and you were not the same

I saw your eyes were red

And your heart was full of dread

And that was when you told me of your impending death

And my world just seem to fall apart

But I stayed strong so I could be just where you are

To hold you and comfort uou in these days that were dark

And I did this right up until you slipped away

But you went away

Left me in so much pain

Despite the fact I had given you my hand and name

I now I feel the hurt

And this wound won’t heal

You left me in so much pain

Despite the fact I had given you my hand and name.

Now I am all alone

In this empty home

And all I live with now is the ghost of you

The memories, the golden days we shared

How we love and how we passionately cared

It’s so hard now trying to grasp that you are not no longer there

Because you went away

Left me in so much pain

Despite the fact I had given you my hand and name

I now I feel the hurt

And this wound won’t heal

You left me in so much pain

Despite the fact I had given you my hand and name.
