It’s no suprise the correlation

Between decreasing animal species

And increasing populations of humanity

We are over breeding and over feeding

Over exploiting all resources

Taking over animal habitats

Would we be happy if others did that to us

How on earth would we react if a superior species turned up

And pushed us back to live in very small environments

Took all our food and left us bereft and close to extinction

Do you not see how this makes sense

We must control our population

And retreat from animal habitats and give them back

Control our exploitation of resources

Stop over fishing and the mindless killing

For trophy hunting purposes

This situation must be redressed

For we are the most dangerous and voracious hunters on this planet

But we have the intelligence to understand this

And make a change and put things right

And start to value all species lives.
