Just because the world ain’t ending right now

Don’t mean we’re not responsible

For being the guardians of the environment

To hand on to future generations

Because we still have got some time

Don’t mean we can sit on our behinds

And act is everything will somehow be ok

For that will mean future generations we will have betrayed

Which is not the correct way to behave

We have to find some kind way

To work together and unite against climate change

We need to put aside all differences

All thoughts of xenophobic isolation and greed

Earth should be the one thing in most need

And change things now or we will end up on our knees

Facing the greatest mass extinction

Of all species including humanity

There is no where we can run, no other planet B

Why is it as sentient beings

We never seem to see the warning signs

We never see things comming

To lost in greed and the illusory

That a happy life requires materialist things

We surround ourselves and life with crap

Pollute the planet and that’s a fact

When we are bored and discard these thigs

And engage in flytipping everything

Causing a blot on the landscape

Our wasteful nature we can seem to escape

But if we are hoping we can turn things round

We have to learn to clean up earth and be proud

To become the new game keepers

And protect it from those who seek yo destroy it

By fracking and cutting down rainforests

We must Boycott them and protest

And decide our home is something so beautiful and wonderous to protect

And bring about a climate clean up and nurting effect.
