At last, we let go the past
Move forward, make a brand new start,
We rise up and shine just like the sun,
Living in darkness, no more with this we’re done
Regrets, so many we have of them
But we must finally put these regrets to an end
We must make forgiveness our friend
Embrace it rise up and not descend
Into despair but stand up and defend
Our right to be happy, and finally start to mend
The wounds that have caused our souls to be rent
For we should know that we are spirit sent.
