Lonely I lay here in my bed

So sad and cold and desperate

But I feel the rays of the morning sun

Breaking through my window

Warming my heart and filling soul

Raising my spirit in ways unknown

And as a new day sprang and my spirit boosted

My heart filled up with do much warmth

I felt the love imbibing my whole being

Increasing all my vibes and feelings

And as I look out at the sun above the green trees

I adore it’s its creation and all of its beauty

And I feel the hope it fills me with a new resolve

I feel the absence now of the loneliness and cold

In the warm bright light I feel born again.
