To think of love
And to write about it
Is so much more fulfilling to me
Rather than the state of politics
And the state of our society
It’s so morose and depressing
Whereas love is so exhilarating
It’s an escape, it sets us free
Helps keep kindness and compassion within me
It teaches tolerance and understanding
Love goes hand in hand with spirituality.
