Let the ego be released

Let the stress go

Let the love flow

Stay alert to all around

But utter no sound

This may sound profound

But the only way to be

Able just to sit and breathe

Letting go of everything

And finding the self

And the inner peace

That dwells deep within you and me

So just sit still and breathe.
