We grasp at life’s meanings
Why we wonder is this life so hard?
We work for money
To pay the bills and to survive,
But surely there is more to life than this
Simply trying everyday to exist,
Eeking out, some kind of existence
From the wage we’re paid that resembles a pittance.
While we ponder and we struggle
And our minds are so tired they end up muddled,
It’s too hard to decipher where it all went wrong,
But let me tell you it’s the moment we were fucked by the establishment,
The exploits all our sweat and labour,
And profits from all this.
