Help yourself

Standard

Do you ever get the feeling you have to help yourself

Because nobody else cares about your health

Feeling that you are suffering and going insane

You need someone to talk to but time and again

What you say is dismissed, it’s like they do not care

You try to make yourself heard

You try so hard to share

But you keep seeing it go in and out their ears

Without taking it in so why do you even bother

In the end we don’t, we just keep it all inside

Tell no one how we’re feeling

And hide the hurt and simply bottle it all up

Because you know the that when it comes to you

Nobody really cares or even gives a fuck.

  1. There is such a resonating energy of truth with these words you have shared. I have been speaking with people and all around they seem to feel that people just generally do not care about anyone more than themselves – a sad truth to hold.

If these words were created because you are having health scares and worries that no one will listen to, please consider me concerned. I want to hear your troubles, I want to share in your pain. I want to be there for you as you are there for so many others with the beauty you regularly contribute to the Universe at large. I have suffered and I have lost my mind so I can relate in some small way to what you may be going through.

Please, if you need to talk, I am here checking my email around the clock for the chance to share words with another. Feel free to shoot me an email and we can get into the heart of what is bothering you. Exploringalura@gmail.com

I hope all is well in your little part of the world. Much love and light and hope in your moments as you walk your journey to happiness.

      • I’m happy I could share myself in a way that could make a difference in another’s life. I deeply desire to be the change I wish to see in the world and so I take it to heart when I see myself as something that could help another. Because I believe the world is better in each of us taking up the initiative to put ourselves out there for the betterment of others.

Some think that helping others hurts the self or needs some sort of sacrifice. I don’t get behind that, I believe truly helping for the right reasons feels good no matter how much you are able to give.

Right now I have an abundance of time and consideration on my hands to give to others. I love to give meaning to my abundance, so I can’t help but wonder why I wouldn’t want to be there for you?

I sincerely hope you’ll reach out and we can become more than strangers with pennames who share loving and kind words on the interweb. And even if you do not, I still look forward to your every post, knowing that the odds are good that I will connect deeply to them.

        Thank you for your light.

      • I believe deeply there are many like me out there making differences in people’s lives without needing to shout it to the Heavens for attention purposes. Our media is filled with the negative perception of reality so often it fills our hearts and minds with a sadness we don’t even realize is an illusion.

The truth we saw when the pandemic hit how many essentials were willing to put their life on the line for the whole of society who largely had to hole themselves away for protection from the threat the illness stood as. And then I see how many people were willing to stay home for an extended period of time to help prevent the spread. People doing the right thing for other people even when there isn’t something directly in it for them to do so.

I have faith that our world is made better by choices such as I have mentioned and I believe the collective push of the world’s society to try to contain this illness will irrecoverably move Humanity in a more positive direction. Time will tell the truth of my words, but until that time I have hope to hold on until that moment of true awakening.
