And we can’t help but hear the hostile sounds,

But we keep our heads and calm our hearts

We stick together and never part,

Because together acting as one

We are truly forever strong,

Facing down all adversity

We stay focused on our beliefs,

To be kind and full of love

Though times get hard and often tough,

We triumph over the ignorance we see

We learn to traverse these times, safely,

We shine bright and resonate light

We demand freedom and rights,

That no one has the right to take away

Or offer like a gift, they were ours anyway,

So in unison we achieve better days
