All I see

All I see are people

All I see are individuals

I see miracles

I see hope

I see love

I don’t do generalisation

I don’t box and label people

Based on skin colour

Or defined by faith

I only see people

As part of one human race

I see people who choose to love

I see those who choose to hate

I see people who are cruel

And those deciding to be kind

I see people who like to fight

I see those who embrace peace

The thing I notice most

Is they’re no different from you and me

No better than me

No lesser than me

All my mind sees are people

Defined in each moment equally.
