Wedged between nightmare and sublime,

You tease me, torment me but ultimately exalt me

You are the paradox of my life.

You are one day like fire, but the next day ice cold

One day your heart is warm

Then the next it’s like you have no heart at all,

You drive me crazy at times

But then you also keep me chilled,

You’re such a paradox in my life.

You’re sexy, you’re beautiful inside and out

But sometimes you throw this appearance into doubt,

When you get so angry and hateful and filled with spite

It’s hard then to love you, you’re in fact hard to like,

But knowing what you mean to me I keep hanging on in

Because you can be on your good days so amazing.
