I feel your heart beat,

I see inside your soul at night

I sense your hurts and pains,

So I heal you again

Because you said you needed me too,

Because I am always here for you

So I am here as a friend being true,

But secretly I am in love but you never knew

And I keep this, from you,

To keep you close and so as not lose

A beauty with the warmth that you exude,

But it hurts when others mistreat you

I get angry when they abuse,

The love you offer them that is so great

They can’t see how you perfect in everyway,

Which is why I keep my secret hidden away and safe

So I can heal your hurts and pains again.
