If we take the time to stop and breathe
Would the world suddenly end, no
If we spent some time healing and caring for ourselves
Would we lose every friend we have, no
If we decided to resonate and share our love
Would this make us so weak that we’d become vulnerable, no
If we stand up against war would we become slaved, no
If we stood up for the environment
Would our world start to decay, no
So maybe it’s time to live life this way,
Maybe it’s time to make a change.
