I sit here and meditate life
I focus on the positive light,
I maintain the presence of live within
I site an I try to imagine,
Green forested trees
A dazzling blue shimmering lake,
Bird songs chirping taking me away
From this brutal, hurtful judgemental life
I block out everything in my sight,
Other than beautiful things
Like nature and universal imaginings,
Like picturing the moon and the stars and Saturn’s rings
Like creating amazing dazzling dreams,
Where I travel on meteors and shooting stars
Where I travel long distances to other worlds afar,
On celestial wings, while cosmically travelling,
While seated in my room in solitude
Stilling my mind and meditating.
