This is me spiritually
Living in conscious reality,
Had it hard through loss and pain
But through this I came back again,
Stronger, wiser with lots of compassion
Filled with love and light un-rationed,
Growing from a youth through golden years
Then as an adult shedding tears,
Read many books on finding myself
Healing my internal mental health,
Where I could not find healers
I learned how to self heal,
Went within and found the real deal,
In my soul and heart I found answers,
In my consciousness and still mind state
I found the truth,
The answers I sought, I always knew.
