Inequality is everywhere
The rich make the poor despair,
The classes exist and are sustained by those
Who make the rules and make the laws,
The rich and powerful keep poverty and the poor
Always knocking at their doors,
But they will never let you in
And you’ll never change things through revolution,
A violent response they can handle
They have the guns, they have the armies,
We have to use our intellectual minds
Change things by highlighting their flawed designs,
Rebuff their materialistic times
Reject the system and stop being blind,
Thinking that money can make you feel better
New bright shiny things won’t get you,
A much better life, that’s just false
Helping others is a better resource,
Sharing, caring and being one
Sharing the love on and on,
Unity is strength and this can be done
So then we can overthrow that state of the Union,
And build a better equal place of communion.
