Love withered like our flowers

Crossing over the open void

Empty now it’s seems so hollow,

But beauty was once there for all to see

As we lived out all our fantasies,

But the light drifted away and it all went cold

The love that we shared began to fold,

And withering like the flowers in our garden

What was once vibrant has simply died,

And I see this through the tears in my eyes

And remember how in the void we both cried,

Sold a truly fantastical lie

That the love we discovered would last forever,

Stand the test of times and all the stormy weathers

But in the end it all got just to much for us,

And that sadly is what killed the love and trust.
