My life is my own and it’s private

I write to put out there a message,

I write to inspire and to lift people up

I wish to motivate people higher,

I am look to share and promote love

Trying hard to show that peace is enough,

I speak about equality because I see people sleeping on the street

I speak out against the theatre of war,

Many which are fought with a good cause,

Motivated simply by power, hate and greed

That’s never going to go by unvoiced by me,

So that’s why I write to speak out against these things

If you don’t get to know me, dont be worrying,

I am nothing special, I am so ordinary

It’s not about me anyway, it’s about the message,

So hear my words and think about them seriously,

And join me in trying to bring about a change

Our environment is something we must save,

So you no need to know me, you just have to hear what I say.
