People have lost trust in government

Media lies have bought about resentment,

We need a new change where these institutions lie less

That way we would not be in such a fucking mess,

We need a truly independent press

And a government that’ll impress,

That equality is the most important issue and nothing less,

We need to raise the stands of those who report or make the rules

If this system is to continue, it needs to be less cruel,

And posit and foster, a need to care and share

And build a society that’s a lot more fucking fair,

We have to force these changes

For it won’t happen if we don’t,

We need to demand a difference and make them sit up and take note,

And make those moves.
