I could be an angel

I could be a demon,

I could be dreamer

Maybe a believer,

I could be a monster

I could be stronger,

Maybe I need think

A little bit longer,

The duality of evil and good

Lurking in the shadows

Of any neighborhood,

I could be a minister

I could be sinister,

Pardon me mister

In your ear can I whisper?

Things that may scare you

Things to inspire you,

I could be anything dude

It’s only me that can choose,

To use or abuse

Or to show love for you,

Is it deception or truth

So many think that they knew,

But all that they saw

Is what they wanted too,

Yes they conjured up in their own mind

A twisted kind of special brew,

But it was nothing like the real me

So now I roam the streets

On journey of discovery,

Am I an angel or a demon

I could be either given a reason,

I could be lover or a hater

A helper or a bear baiter,

But I am undecided for now
