It screams silence does this solitude
This being in nothingness I choose,
But I know nothingness truly exists
Just like me as conscious energy,
No more not less just this mess
Of light wave particles expressed,
I hear echoes of my past life
With all its flaws and it’s glories,
Feeling the embarrassment and the shame
And even the excruciating pain,
I still see the goodness and the love and light
As well as the compassion and my freedom taking flight,
I hear the drip of the tap and the creak of the floor
I feel the claustrophobia from ceiling to door,
Yet I shut it all out to focus on just my breath
To still my mind, as if inviting death,
Because in solitude there is nothing left.

Nice writing I love the last four lines especially. Very visual piece. I think we all feel a little of this.
Have a great week my friend. Love ❤️ Joni
