Down along the rivers edge

I baptised my own soul,

In the flowing currents

I was fully in control,

Purging myself of negativity

I found salvation in self belief,

And upon that rainny day

It was a blessing to me

Because in that single moment

I felt like I had been set free

Down by the rivers edge

I felt the love in me increase.
