You don’t need to be great at anyone thing
To be successful leader of people
You just have to listen and hear them
You just have to be prepared at times to muck in with them
You don’t have to always give them what they want
But you must be honest and sincere in telling them
Why you can’t and should not give them it.
Listen to them, work with them
Show interest and honesty with them.
That’s good leadership.
