Oh my goodness how TRUE!! I had an incident yesterday that resulted in me being devastated. Extreme word choice but that’s how I felt. Tried to reconnect with happy intentions and they responded with a shocking action. Fine and reasonable words often fail to resonate with those who harbour churlish paranoia. This was helpful to read, thank you!
