They say old dogs can’t learn new tricks

But I just don’t buy into or choose to believe it,

More over the older you get the more new things you try

It’s just another out moded saying that’s become a lie,

Truth is we should always push ourselves to learn new things

Take on the stuff of which you’ve always been dreaming of,

You can only fail if you don’t give it a try

But just attempting rewards you with a prize inside,

A sense of achievement that you gave it a go

This is one dog refusing to get old.
