Weirdly strange

They say don’t get weird

They say don’t get strange,

Don’t you think of going astray,

You’re much safer in the crowd

Don’t raise your head or your voice loud,

Stay conforming, part of the flock

Live your life by the work clock,

Punch in, punch out but stay in line

If you do this your life will be fine,

And your reward will come in time

Sadly it may not come before I die,

But that’s not me i am non conformist

To me being weird is the best way to exist,

And if being strange means not being normal

Then really that’s fine by me,

And I found my way out of the crowd

So now I live my life loud and free.
