Mistakes can happen
But they don’t define us
Things can flare up in our lives
That we’re not to proud of
But that doesn’t mark you as bad
And it kind of makes me sad
When people think this is what you are
Because we all got a bright light
That shines out in the dark
And it can show our inner being
And just how amazing you can be
So forgive yourself when you err
Because you are only human in the end
So live your life humanely as you can.
