Inverted snobbery
Doesn’t impress me,
Those who fill their lives
With nothing but money,
Looking down their noses
Thinking they’re better,
Than everyone else
Bigging up social breeding,
So focused on one’s self,
I’ve got the house
I got the flash car and boat,
So I can talk down to you,
But the truth is they’re portentous
Self absorbed and rather rude,
And many display for all to see
A very bad attitude,
Self opinionated about the lower classes
You know, the wealth producers
Not the rich sitting on their arses,
Belittling the working man
Making token gestures to look good,
While working people grind out a life
Of hard graft and servitude,
But with out these wealth producers
Where would the rich entrepreneurs be?
They rely on us to fulfill their dreams,
Their snotty fucking demeanor
Truly aggravates and angers me,
It’s these type of people
Who refuse to allow equality,
Because it makes the feel mighty and superior
Looking down on you and me,
Truth is they’re the pompous problems
With today’s society,
Lost in materialism
Totally lost in greed,
And pointing at the fact that if poor people can afford a phone or big TV,
Then that somehow it is reckless despite sacrifices made,
To have we the minimum of home comforts
Those who condemn them are a disgrace,
These people of money are often born in to it
And have had life fed to them on a silver spoon,
Arrogant and ignorant I see them as no more than just buffoons.
