She loved dragons

The warrior Queen

Walked through the corridors of marble,

Straight into the Great Hall

Her bright blue and black Mohican

Styled and displayed for all,

Adorned in facial and body tattoos

With black leather trousers and blue leather crop top,

She always marvelled at the architecture

Of her Great Hall, her ancestral home,

Stones with carved stories etched into them

With a glistening marbled floor,

She walked out of the Great Hall

Through two great massive oak doors,

And standing in the courtyard she let out a banshee wail,

Then in just a few moments a dragon arrived from far away,

And she walked towards it and bowed

In front of this blood red beast,

Then hopped upon its back as it let out an ear piecing screech,

Then off the flew across the mountain tops

Snow covered and sparkling light,

They then swooped down between the green meadows

Dotted with patches of rainbow coloured wild flowers,

Then swooped between the amazing sight

Of her castles magnificent set of towers,

Then off again over cliffs and sea heading towards the setting sun

This is why she pondered, that she has dragon love,

No enemy thought fit to assail her land

And so she left them well alone,

Even though she has an army of dragons

Which was by all well known,

She loved the power of the dragon

That she felt distinctly between her legs,

And she knew what people thought

And she knew what many people said,

That she would rather take a dragon than a man to her bed,

But this just wasn’t true at all

At least this is what she told herself,

But she never met a man as yet,

Who offered her the same power as a dragon does,

She flew back to her Great Hall

And she spoke to her people in depth,

Then off she walked to her bedroom

To dream of lovers and dragons in her bed.
