Voodoo nightmare

She saw the signs

That voodoo was practiced here,

She sensed the power

She could feel the fear,

Hallucinogenic images

Flashing through her mind,

Whispers of ancient rites

That she knew could bind,

Victims to the torment

Of the living dead and beyond,

She could here the distant sound

Of a ritual voodoo song,

I was time to get out of here

The blood she saw was smeared,

On walls telling a story

She didn’t want to hear,

I was a story of incandescent fear

And it was dangerous just being here,

Then something took her by the leg

And dragged her back into the room,

She struggled to get back up and out

But over something evil loomed,

And as she screamed and shouted for help

Her screams fell on deaf ears,

And in her fear and anguish

She started crying desperate tears,

She heard a voice then whisper

‘your life is now mine,

I am the Voodoo master

And I now control your mind’,

And then everything went out of focus

And her body couldn’t move,

And she sensed other people

As they entered the room,

They carried to a place unknown

And placed her in a box,

She could only mover her eyes

The the lid of the box was locked,

They buried her alive within a grave

The witnessed hallucinogenic plays,

Was this how it would be from now

Living in a zombie like state,

Until she finally passed away

But there was no guarantee at all,

Her home was now this grave

And she couldn’t even scream or move,

She was now controlled by voodoo

Her body was now her tomb

And this box was now a womb

But it it was a womb of eternal suffering

And it would not end very soon.
