At our expense

I’ve had enough of being fucking poor

There’s always money to fight fucking wars,

Never enough though to give us more

The rich meanwhile locked behind closed doors,

Count their money and bask in the wealth

While we suffer with our health,

Because we can barely afford to eat

Meanwhile people live on the fucking street,

What wrong with this fucking society

That we are so focused on fucking greed,

That we allow people in fucking need

To stay that way, it’s hard to believe,

But you better believe because they do

They just step on or over me and you,

On the way to material gains

They could care less about others pain,

They don’t fucking care for me or you

No equality here, so we are screwed,

Meanwhile the live the high life they’ve accrued

At the cost of us, now ain’t that the truth.

  3. There is a gross distribution of wealth in the US. There is so much truth to what you say. Great piece. 🤗❤️

      1. Yes it certainly did. I have had the blessing of being able to do volunteer work in a third world country both as a nurse and as a person who hiked through the wilderness to get to families who were starving literally to death. You can never be the same after that in terms of greed and the distribution and unfair lack of taxes for the top 2 percent of the extreme rich in our country. Well done Faux. ❤️🤗🙏

It reflects badly on them when they do nothing for the vulnerable and walk past them in the streets and leaving it to Charities it’s so inhumane 🍥🌼🍥🌼🌸🌷
