Nonchalant extravagance
Where obscene wealth buys decadence,
But those who run our governments
Don’t feel that they can take on the burden,
Of slightly more tax on their wealth,
They build houses that are extraordinary
Building up and building down underground
But what I think is so profound and true,
Is when humanity is done and through,
And staring self extinction in the face
These places of decadence will got to waste,
And their lives will not be saved that’s fair to say
Such oppulence goes beyond the pale,
No wonder why our world is in such a state of fail,
When equality is superceded by such obscene greed
And we allow others to fall so deeply into poverty,
And left to suffer so needlessly
Yet the wealthy ignore this and allow it to happen so nonchalantly.
