The deep depths of space
Are akin to the deep depths of my being,
In that those depths are unfathomable
And beyond all my knowing,
Such is the mysterious nature of both.
The void within the universe,
Is a replication of the void within my soul
Promising so much and yet similarly very little,
This too is how I feel my true conscious state is
Yet despite all of this I sense there is beauty in both,
That there are many answers to be discovered
That will make the reasons for our existence,
Suddenly shine bright and illuminate our lives.
