Energy, essence and spiritual love
Rises our soul and frequency above,
The normal state we usually reside in
We then increase our potential when living,
In energy and the essence to true peace and love
And spiritual consciousness that is then brought,
Out from the art of meditative states
That manifests a frequency of pure grace,
And this is the nature of how we should live today.
