Sacred is the path we walk
Dressed in satin and
Selling herbs and spices,
With our pineal gland engaged
We see the synchronicity,
We sense the conscious reality,
Sacred is the life we live
To the chime of a gong,
And to the beat of a drum
We let loose out mantra hum,
We feel nature flowing through our chakra’s
As we travel on and on,
Like a nomad on a journey
In search of our spiritual home,
Our path is a path that we must travel alone
But I will carry you with me in my heart,
No matter how far and wide I roam,
Now leave me, for it’s not easy
For its a sojourn of isolation and of solitude,
But I will meet you on the other side
And we will rejoice in the daytime,
And pray and meditate through the nights,
As we rest under the Bodhi tree
After our travels that set our souls free,
And Living eternally in peace.
